This photo was from my seat on the floor. Best view i’ve ever had for a ballgame, I could hear every explitive clearly… 🙂
-
Memorial gym has always had a special aura about it, and Vandy played a great game.
-
The Vols came out looking serious, Vandy came out looking loose, and ready to have fun..Um.. that serious look, i think, was actually stress from wearing the bullseye.
-
The team called for a “White Out”, everyone wore white, i sat on the floor, so I had my white polo on, forgive me Bruce. But what great seats.
-
Jay Cutler sat directly behind me, Vince Gill sat off to the left. The stars came out for this one.
-
There went our #1 ranking, but if we finish strong, i’m sure we’ll get a 1 seed for the tourney. Bring on Kentucky…

This is all you here when you turn on the radio, even here in
Nashville. This thing is almost to a fever pitch for tomorrow nights game. Its a first for UT, most likely not the last as long as Pearl is around. If you have turned on a
tv to
ESPN or read anything about sports on the net, then you have heard about the game on Saturday. Great publicity is going into this epic battle. This is more than just a fight for rankings. It’s a battle for state bragging rights. East versus West. Only 4 times in college basketball history has the #1 and #2 teams played in a game from the same state, twice in
Ohio and twice in
North Carolina. ESPN’s College Gameday will be live from the
FedEx Forum at 10am Central. Dick Vitale and Erin Andrews will be there for the game. It’s going to be awesome baby! (In my best Dick Vitale impression) Chris Lofton vs Chris Douglas Roberts. Ramar Smith vs
Derrick Rose. JaJuan Smith vs
Antonio Anderson. Tyler Smith vs Robert Dozier. Wayne Chism vs
Joey Dorsey. Bruce Pearl vs John Calipari. Volunteers vs Tigers. Govols..
